As approved by the institution, applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens through open competition to fill staff positions under various service groups and levels for service centers operating in Jhapa, Morang and Ilam districts under the Savings and Credit Business.
Salary Scale: NPR 20,140 (Twenty thousand one hundred forty)

Facilities and Conditions
In addition to the basic monthly salary, facilities such as provident fund, grade increment, allowances (monthly NPR 3,000), bonus and leave benefits will be provided as per institutional rules.
Newly appointed employees will be enrolled in the Social Security Fund (SSF).
Applicants must upload academic certificates (transcripts, character certificate), training and experience documents (if any), citizenship and other required documents in the specified format in the online system.
Application Deadline: 2082 Chaitra 20 (Friday).
Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years on the last date of application (male/female).
Selection Process
Written examination, computer skill test and interview will be conducted.
Only candidates who pass the written examination will be eligible for the computer skill test and interview.
Basic computer course certificate is mandatory as an additional qualification.
Candidates with foreign academic qualifications must submit equivalency certificates.

Incomplete or improperly submitted applications will not be accepted.
Once district selection is submitted under the specified quota, it cannot be modified.

Initial 6 months (180 days) will be a probation period. Continuation of employment will be decided based on performance evaluation during probation.
Selected candidates must arrange the required deposit/security as specified by the institution.
Before appointment, candidates must submit a health fitness report, police report and permanent account number (PAN).
Employees may be transferred between districts, business units or service centers as per institutional requirements.
If applications exceed 20 times or more than 100 candidates for a single post, a preliminary screening test may be conducted.
Examination results will be published through the institution’s website and Facebook page.
